From the great, green gates of Boggo Road Gaol be escorted by The Warder as you discover the history within the infamous red brick wall of Brisbane's most famous Gaol.
The Warder of Boggo Road Gaol eternally walks the site. He knows all the ghost stories, the gruesome side of life and death at the Road including the execution process. He is keeper of the prison's haunted heritage. To a visitor entering into Boggo Road Jail, The Warder appears to be a real former guard. However, listen carefully as the stories and details he divulges suggest that he may have been on duty doing the "graveyard shift" for a very, very long time. Why not spend some time "on the inside" with The Warder, as he reveals the real stories of those who died within the gaol walls...
Be warned! The Warder is trapped in his own world and still walks the site as if on eternal duty.
The prison is currently closed for redevelopment, scheduled to reopen late 2010.
